  • Order number
  • Product description
  • Reason for return

Our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send the product back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as opened electronics, used automotive parts, and custom-made products, are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

6. Exchanges
